• Fully represent the interest of the principal & Keep principals advised at all time.
• Coordinate all crew and chandler requirements.
• Arrange on time and supply bunkers. 
• Arrange on time and supply lubricant oil. 
• Arrange on time and supply provision, store, spare parts, marine chemical, marine paint, lashing materials, safety equipment's supply/repair, navigation items supply/repair , Annual inspection and servicing, gyro compass supply/repair, Inmarsat satellite supply/repair, capt bridge items supply/repair, ship repair works........etc. 
• Arrange on time valid /class approved certification. 
• Repair works provide class approved experienced technician. 
• Anchor & Anchor chains with class approved certificate.( BV, GL and Lloyd's). 
• Co-ordinate all vessel operations with Chittagong & Mongla the terminals/ports/Anchorage. 
• Manage all funds, transfers and payments within Chittagong port & Mongla port. 
• Obtain documentation / invoices and verify as appropriate.
